We are not responsible for replacement of your purchased items if your shipment is lost or stolen or damaged in transit. Outside of assistance with tracking your item, we do not guarantee shipments made by mail or delivery service. If UPS shows a package as delivered and you do not have it, we do not offer replacement. We encourage you to insure your package.

All items are 'made-to-order' meaning that preparation and production for your order take place shortly after purchase. This process will increase the delivery time by approximately 1-2 weeks after online purchase date, not including delivery time.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and your order will not be eligible for a refund.
An international order cannot be canceled once the package is in transit.
